Shipping Terms & Conditions
Domestic Orders: Shipping is $20 USD (~18€) for all orders placed within the UK, EU, EEA, and the United States. Note: Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. The shipping total may include taxes.
International Orders: Shipping is $50 USD for all other international orders. Note: Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. The shipping total may include taxes.
Shipping Policy: Orders ship out within 72-hours of purchase from the UK or Germany and depending on your location should arrive within 5-10 days from the time of dispatch (although shipping time can vary in certain cases).
Customs Duties/Taxes: The Print Space has printing studios in the UK, Germany, and the United States, which means prints shipped to the UK, EU and the United States will not face any additional import charges. Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Fogday Works is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.
Terms & Conditions: By placing an order with FOGDAY WORKS (aka FOGDAY), you agree to the following terms:
- FOGDAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- FOGDAY is not responsible for returned packages due to customer absence, errors in the shipping address or package refusal
- Additional shipping charges will be applied for reshipped packages due to the above reasons
- A street address is required for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes
- If special handling is required to prep your order for shipment, we reserve the right to apply a handling fee
