All prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

SMALL prints are an open edition and not limited by quantity.  

LARGE prints are limited and restricted to an edition size of one hundred. These contain an edition number and stamp of authentication. Once sold through, they will not be available again.

Printing: All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London, England.

Depending on size, your beautiful prints are shipped in either a reinforced tube or flat packaging to ensure they arrive safe and undamaged. 

The Print Space specializes in archival quality prints with a focus on end-to-end carbon neutrality. The giclée paper is sourced from sustainable forest management areas and the packaging is sustainably sourced, recyclable or biodegradable. Read more here.

Domestic Orders: Shipping is $20 USD (~18€) for all orders placed within the UK, EU, EEA, and the United States. Note: Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. The shipping total may include taxes.

International Orders: Shipping is $50 USD for all other international orders. Note: Shipping and taxes are calculated at checkout. The shipping total may include taxes.

Shipping Policy: Orders ship out within 72-hours of purchase from the UK or Germany and depending on your location should arrive within 5-10 days from the time of dispatch (although shipping time can vary in certain cases). 

Customs Duties/Taxes: The Print Space has printing studios in the UK, Germany, and the United States, which means prints shipped to the UK, EU and the United States will not face any additional import charges. Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Fogday Works is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the customer's responsibility.

Terms & Conditions: By placing an order with FOGDAY WORKS (aka FOGDAY), you agree to the following terms:

• FOGDAY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
• FOGDAY is not responsible for returned packages due to customer absence, errors in the shipping address or package refusal
• Additional shipping charges will be applied for reshipped packages due to the above reasons
• A street address is required for shipping. We do not ship to PO boxes
• If special handling is required to prep your order for shipment, we reserve the right to apply a handling fee

Return Policy: Each item you order is printed on demand according to size, unfortunately, we do not offer returns and exchanges. We encourage you to reach out if you have a question about an item you'd like to order.

Refund Policy: In the unlikely event the product arrives to you damaged, we will send a replacement free of charge. Let us know prior to sending anything. If this applies, please send photos of wrong or damaged items within ten (10) days and we’ll sort it out for you. 

We only offer refunds if the product arrives damaged or is significantly delayed (postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded). What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. In either cases we may request return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.
